Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Every treatment plan starts with a free 20-minute consultation with a practitioner, not a salesperson. You can book it online in under a minute, and there is no obligation to go ahead with anything.
Is laser hair removal safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. We use a gold-standard medical laser with settings calibrated for every skin tone, and your practitioner confirms the right approach for your skin at your free consultation before any treatment starts.
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
It varies with the area, your hair and your skin, so we will not promise a number before seeing you. At your consultation your practitioner maps out a realistic course and you will see the full price before you commit.
How much do treatments cost?
Pricing is transparent and printed: for example Profhilo is £349, manual microblading is £250 and semi-permanent eyeliner is £199. Every treatment page on this site lists its prices, and the full menu with live prices is on our booking page.
Can I just book injectables straight away?
No, and that is deliberate. Injectable treatments are consultation-first: a practitioner assesses suitability in person, and our plans sometimes say "not yet". You keep every expression you love, and you never get sold off a menu.
